Membership & Assessments
Upon purchasing a home in the Fifth Green neighborhood, residents become members of the Fifth Green Owners Association. Association members are responsible for paying quarterly dues to support sub-association operations and reserve funds. Note: Owners are also required to pay assessment for the Owners Association Boulders Scottsdale (OABS)
Assessments are due quarterly on:
- January 1
- April 1
- July 1
- October 1

Fifth Green - $276 Quarterly
OABS - $420 Quarterly
Pool & Spa Rules
- The following are prohibited:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Animals, except for service animals
- Food in or near the pool
- Glass containers
- Propping gates open
- Running, diving and boisterous or rough play
- Tobacco or electronic smoking products
- Persons with the following cannot enter the pools:
- Bandaged wound
- Blisters
- Cold
- A considerable area of exposed sub-epidermal tissue
- Contagious or communicable diseases
- Cough
- Cuts
- Fever
- Inflammation of the eyes
- Nasal or ear discharges
- Open sore
- Proper swimwear is required at all times. Swim diapers or tight-fitting rubber or plastic pants are required to be worn in the pool by all incontinent individuals.
- Pool users must shower before entering the water.
