Gates into The Boulders community

The Boulders is a gated community limiting access to guests approved by residents. All visitors should enter through the Boulders resort’s main gate off Tom Darlington Drive. This includes the following:

  • Delivery services
  • Family
  • Friends
  • Service providers

Visitors can also use callboxes at the Fifth Green or Ironwood gates to contact a homeowner for access.

Frequent Visitor Access

Residents can provide access to frequent visitors by adding them to their admit list. To add someone to this list, please submit a request form. This form can also be used to add yourself to the callbox.
