1. Can I park a vehicle on the street or in my driveway overnight?

All vehicles must be parked in garages. Street parking is not permitted except for visitors when making short visits or attending social affairs. For additional information on parking, please contact the association office at 480-575-8655.  

2. Can I park an RV, boat or trailer in my driveway or on the street?

No boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, campers, oversized trucks or other such vehicles may be parked or stored on residential Lots, unless within an enclosed garage which has been approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC).

3. What is the speed limit within the Boulders?

The speed limit on roads within the Boulders Community is 20 miles per hour.
