Role & Responsibilities
Carrie Lienhart has served as community manager for the Owners Association Boulders Scottsdale since March 2018. In this role, she assists the Board in the day-to-day operations of the community, develops strong relationships with the Resort and Boulders North to increase efficiencies and helps the Board develop long and short-term strategic goals.
Professional Experience
Carrie has been with
CCMC since 2004 and has served in a variety of roles at communities across the Valley, including Estrella in Goodyear and Vistancia in Peoria. She holds the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) professional certifications.
Personal Life & Interests
Carrie has three adult children who bring her much joy and happiness. Outside of work, Carrie volunteers with her church’s youth program and Feed My Starving Children. She enjoys:
