Any issues or concerns requiring the attention of the full Board would be sent to the Community Manager to place on the agenda of the next Board meeting. No reply will occur outside of official business at the Board meeting.

Hud Staffield

Hud Staffield, President

I am a California native. After military service, we moved to the Bay Area before buying a home at the Boulders in 2015. My professional career was in commercial real estate developments and investments. 

Cynthia and I have been married for 50 years. We have three grown daughters and five grandchildren. Cynthia and I value an extracurricular agenda of service to others and enjoy an active outdoor life together.

Lynn Lobas-200

Lynn Lobas, Vice President

Lynn and her husband, Matt, joined the Boulders four years ago and loved it so much that they decided to build a home within the gates. They moved full-time to the Boulders in May of 2018. She's currently a member of the BWGA and the Divine 9s, where she's served as Treasurer for the past two years.

Before moving to Arizona, they resided in Blackhawk, CA. While living in Blackhawk, Lynn served on several committees within the community. She also served on the Board of Directors for Hospice of the East Bay.

Before moving to California, she lived in New Jersey, where she was Executive Director of the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute for 21 years. CAI is a national organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of community association living through education, legislative advocacy, and professional development. During her time with the organization, she served on numerous national committees.

Lyn has always felt that giving back to her community is extremely important. Her background in community associations will aid her in being a contributing board member.

Robin Reily

Robin ReilyTreasurer

I have a BS from the University of Denver 1971.  I founded Reily Graphic Services, Inc. in 1973, an electronic pre-press, printing & graphic services company serving Chicago and the mid-West.  The Company was sold in 2004, and I retired, and we moved to SW Wisconsin. In early retirement, I gardened, took up golf & volunteered with the Lower Wisconsin River Habitat for Humanity, and then served as Treasurer for 4 years until our affiliate merged with a larger affiliate in 2015.  I have served on the Board of Directors of William B. Reily & Co., Inc. in New Orleans since 2017.  

 My wife Pamela and I have been residents of The Boulders since 2012.  We also have a condo near family in a North Milwaukee suburb where we spend most of our time away from The Boulders.

 

Chicki Tucker

My husband and I both retired in 2019, moved from Minnesota to Arizona, where we became residents and members of the Boulders Community.  

 I attended the University of Minnesota and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and started a design consulting business. In conjunction with this, I had a successful 40-year career in residential real estate. Because of our ownership of several rental properties, I have been involved with associations and management companies over time.

 I would be honored and find it a privilege to use my past experiences and abilities to try and positively impact the Boulders HOA.

Paula Gitles

Don Albon, Director

Don claims to be Midwestern with roots in Ohio, Nebraska, and most recently in Alberta, Canada. His thirty-plus career in the energy industry took him to Canada in 1996. He's served on two community boards and understands the commitment asked of board members. When he and his wife Sheila retired, they took two years to evaluate and decide where they wished to settle. They had purchased our Boulders' home in 2009 and, in February of 2019, made it their permanent home. The natural beauty of the Boulders and the welcoming and caring attitude of all they've met made the decision easy.

Don is honored to serve the community as a board member and do what he can to help our community prosper.

Paula Gitles, Director

I started coming to The Boulders 30 years ago to spend a week or two each year with my in-laws. My husband, Jay, and I (and our two daughters, Jami and Marli) loved it here and hoped to make our own home at The Boulders one day. In 2016, we made that dream a reality by purchasing a home here. Jay and I spend winters at The Boulders and summers in Northbrook, IL.

Professionally, I have founded and run two businesses. The first was an advertising sales firm that represented hard industry trade journals. The second is a professional home and office organizing company, in which I remain actively involved. I have devoted my time and resources to numerous philanthropic endeavors, including longtime service on the boards and as an officer of two charities in the Chicago area, Jewish Children and Family Services and ORT America

Justin Mitchell

Justin Mitchell, Director

I love living in the Boulders and am committed to serving our community. After 15 years of homeownership and golf membership, my wife Caroline and I recently made the transition to full-time residents. 

My experience includes 15 years on the Board of a chemical company in Grand Rapids, Michigan, including four years as Chairman & CEO. Recently, I served for 7 years as Treasurer of the Archdiocese of Canada. My education includes a BA from Pepperdine University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
